• Deliver presentations to corporate executive-level and law firm partner and senior associate-level clients. Articulate the relevant business and legal trends relating to eDiscovery, retention management, privacy and security, as well as articulating how consulting, technology, and services can address these needs.

• Provide direct support to sales efforts.   Develop cost models, oversee, coordinate and finalize proposal content. Participate in or lead client proposal presentations.

• Organize, design, and implement special business development projects as needed.

• Mentor and train sales team in electronic discovery.

• Conference speaking, writing articles and white papers.

• Assist with development of sales collateral and website content.
